Smart Study Planner exists because forgetting is the default — and the right review, at the right moment, is the fix. We built the tool we wished existed when we were the ones cramming the night before.
Why we built this
Most study tools are either a glorified to-do list or a flashcard app with no sense of timing. Neither actually tells you what to study today and why. We started from a well-established idea in cognitive science — spaced repetition — and built an entire study workflow around it: organize your lessons, generate practice material with AI when you're short on time, and let the system tell you exactly what's about to slip out of memory.
Along the way we kept adding the pieces a real student actually needs alongside the review schedule — a daily plan, an exam countdown that breaks prep into phases, a tutor that already knows your weak spots, and honest progress tracking that doesn't just count activity but measures whether it's working.

Every schedule, score and recommendation is computed from your actual review history — never a vague "trust us."
AI that assists, not replaces
Claude drafts notes, questions and explanations — you still do the remembering. We're explicit about that boundary.
